Buyer Terms

Wallet & payments

  • Leads are paid from a prepaid wallet.
  • Wallet funds are non-refundable except for approved return credits.
  • Auto-recharge, when enabled, charges your saved card when your balance falls below your threshold.

Use of leads

  • Leads are for the buyer's own use only. Resale, sharing or brokering of leads is prohibited.
  • Shared leads are sold to a maximum of 3 buyers. Exclusive leads are sold to 1 buyer.

Compliance

  • Buyer is solely responsible for TCPA, RESPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM and state licensing compliance in all outreach.
  • Buyer may only contact consumers in states where buyer (and its loan officers) are licensed.
  • Buyer must honor all consumer opt-out and do-not-call requests.

Returns

  • Returns may be requested within 72 hours under our Return Policy. Approved returns are credited to the wallet.

No lending relationship

  • Mortgage Leads Co is not a lender, broker or loan originator and makes no representation about any consumer's eligibility for credit.
Important: Mortgage Leads Co is a lead generation marketplace. We are NOT a lender, mortgage broker or loan originator. We do not quote rates, approve loans, issue loan commitments or close mortgages. Buyers are solely responsible for licensing and compliance with TCPA, RESPA and applicable state law.
