  • Consumer data submitted with express written consent, including contact and loan-inquiry details, consent text, timestamp, IP and certificate IDs.

How we use it

  • To match and deliver consumer inquiries to licensed buyers.
  • To operate billing, fraud prevention and compliance records.

Sharing

  • Consumer information is shared only with buyers that match the consumer's inquiry, up to 3 buyers for shared leads.
  • We do not sell buyer account information.

Your choices

  • Consumers may opt out at any time by calling (248) 686-6955. Opt-outs are removed from aged inventory.
Important: Mortgage Leads Co is a lead generation marketplace. We are NOT a lender, mortgage broker or loan originator. We do not quote rates, approve loans, issue loan commitments or close mortgages. Buyers are solely responsible for licensing and compliance with TCPA, RESPA and applicable state law.
