- Real-time leads may be returned within 72 hours of delivery from the My Leads page.
Eligible reasons
- Bad / disconnected phone number
- Wrong information
- Duplicate lead
- Consumer not looking for a mortgage
- Consumer outside your licensed states
- Consumer says they didn't request information
Review & credit
- Our team reviews each return. Approved returns are credited to your wallet balance — not refunded to your card.
- Excessive return rates may result in account review.
Not returnable
- Aged leads are sold as-is and are not returnable.
- Leads that simply did not convert are not eligible for return.

We do not quote rates, approve loans, issue loan commitments or close mortgages. Buyers are solely responsible for licensing and compliance with TCPA, RESPA and applicable state law.
