Mortgage Leads Co is a self-serve marketplace where licensed loan officers, mortgage brokers and lenders buy mortgage leads generated on consumer websites we own and operate. We are not a lender, mortgage broker or loan originator — we never quote rates, approve loans or close mortgages.

What we do
We run consumer mortgage websites where borrowers ask to be contacted about a purchase, refinance, cash-out, DSCR, home equity or reverse mortgage. Each inquiry is verified, de-duplicated, scored and delivered in real time to buyers whose licensed states and filters match — sold exclusively to one buyer, or shared with a maximum of three.
Buyers prepay a wallet, set daily and monthly caps, and can pause anytime. There are no contracts and no setup fees, and real-time leads that meet an approved return reason can be sent back within 72 hours for a wallet credit.
What we are not
Mortgage Leads Co is not a lender, mortgage broker or loan originator. We do not quote interest rates, pre-approve borrowers, issue loan commitments or close mortgages. Nothing on this site is a loan offer or a rate quote. Buyers are responsible for their own licensing and for TCPA, RESPA and state-law compliance in their outreach.

Every lead is submitted by a borrower on a consumer site we own and operate — never purchased from resellers or co-registration networks.
